Tuesdays, 2:00-3:15pm | Gentle Yoga
This practice will release what's tight, build strength and balance, and get you in touch with your body.
All bodies, all levels - no need to get on the floor.
Tuesdays, 5:00-6:15pm | Somatic Hatha
We'll start easy on the floor with releasing somatic movements, and build toward stable strengthening postures.
Perfect for after work. All levels welcome.
Sundays, 10:00-11:30am | All Levels Yoga
An active, strength-building practice, with a focus on alignment and intelligent muscular activation.
Some experience is helpful.
